The Dill Seafood Restaurant is a family business, nestled in the heart of charming Ocean Grove where every dish is an artful allure of seafood and every bite is an invitation to savor the essence of a coastal life.
Chef – Owner behind the concept Ivan Roianov is well known on Bellarine Peninsula for his work at Terindah Estate Winery and Lago Restaurant at Lonsdale Links. Commencing his culinary journey at 16 in Ukraine, Ivan continued polishing his skills through further study in Italy, cooking in some of the finest European restaurants, and a stint in one of the largest 5 stars hotel in Dubai, before landing in the Geelong region.
